I got a bare hood louver because I wanted to be able to customize my louver to match the rest of my vehicle and so I rhino lined it. The louver itself was a nice pressed sheet of quality metal which I really liked. The only downfall was the actual stencil itself didn't quite line up right but that was inevitable because I installed it on my 2006 Nissan Frontier. I said f^â‚¬% this and just lined the louver up as straight as possible and started punching wholes and it still came out badass. (Very little margin for error so measure 3-4 times then cut lol)

Completely love the look and performance of the hood louver! Fits the style I was looking for and added the airflow I needed with the supercharger I added a few months ago! Noticeable change in response when the engine is at temperature, since the charger added a lot of heat in the engine bay. Install took longer than I expected however I took my time considering I was cutting holes in a perfectly good hood, I would have never heard the end of it from the wife if I had to buy a new hood. Instructions were very clear and precise. Made all cuts with a cutoff wheel on my grinder and Dremel on the corners. Very impressed!

Looks freakin' great. Easy install and didn't take too much time. I would def encourage anyone who wants to dissipate more heat from your engine compartment and look aggressive, this is the way to go!!!!

Wrong template...	October 29, 2014

Product was in good condition when I received it and installed rather easily as instructed. Only issue I had was having to create my own template using the louver itself because I was sent the wrong template for the install, I'm just glad I caught the mistake before I starting marking and cutting on my hood. I'm sure it would have been a bit easier with the right template, but even with having to make my own, the install was rather easy and makes for a clean look on my jeep

install was easy, template is such a great design I had no issues with cutting easy step by step. Reduces heat at least 15 degrees. Not only looks great but functional. fair waring don't tighten bolts hard at first you will pull a dent in the hood. take your time hardest part was removing the hood. Love this hood!

Got my jk louver love it. Simply instructions great product. Only downfall could of used some stickers feel a little jaded. Bought a trampstamp came loaded with stickers. Louver not so much.

I think the design and functionality are great. I ordered the powder coating and I am very pleased. In fact, 1 week after I did my install, a 40 ft tree collapsed on my hood. The aluminum held up and didn't scratch, just a few rubs. If I could add a pic or two I would. Cant wait to add the no crush fenders when I can afford. Thanks PS.
