Perfect does not do this hat justice. I have an average head, quite unremarkable actually and this hat fits perfect.

I was very unhappy with the delivery of my items. Once i contacted Customer Service I was told the items had just shipped 7 days after the order. I checked the tracking number and the items still had not shipped like I was told. I feel like I was lied to and the order was looked at after my email. I would have canceled the order however I was told it was already shipped which clearly it had not. (lie #2) I have ordered at Christmas from your company before and not had issues like this. At this time I do not plan to order from you in the future.
