Love this skid. I just felt the bumper did not look complete without it. I'm glad I decided to get this along with it. Took a little extra time to install due to trimming the crash bar to fit properly. But well worth it.

This thing is Heavy Duty, it was built to take a pounding. It looks like it suppose to be there. If you own a Rubicon it becomes money well spent. I'm very happy I added this product to the bottom of my Brawler Mid Front Bumper.

Overall happy with the appearance however, the electronic sway bar disconnect is sandwiched between the radiator and front skid. I have rotated the sway bar disconnect however a bolt hole protrudes out and presses against the radiator.
My concerns are; a strike against skid will transfer all energy to sway bar disconnect and push bolt hole into the radiator.  
Potential solutions; have a slightly different angle to give more space between plate and disconnect.  Shave/grind off bolt hole on disconnect (a bolt hole protrudes out and is pressing against radiator).
Finally be prepared to grind out the bolt holes in order to line them up with bumper bolts.

The skid fit really nice.  High Quality.  Would highly recommend attaching skid to bumper before installing bumper.  I would have liked to had an option of powder coating from PS.The PS sales team are great (Thanks Starlie)!!

Finally got the Skid to fit the mid Again another  Spyder product that instructions and assembly were accurate adjustment pretty much done win slides on the studs

Great design. Looks tough. covers rubicon  venerable disconnect motor! Well worth the cost  vs cost of the disconnect motor.
Ready to hit some trails!!!
