Aesthetically you will love how it looks but every time you go over a bump it rattles and it will drive you nuts. Disappointing to see negative review regarding customer service. When I buy a new jeep, I'll go with another brand that treats customers well.

The product is great however the customer service is horrible. I need a replacement nylon bushings and can't find a part number anywhere. I contacted customer service and Mr Alex Shear will do nothing to help and is horribly rude. I don't ever give bad reviews but in this case nobody should have to deal with a company representative that conduct business like Alex.

Great bumper with a terrible license plate holder	December 15, 2020

The bumper is very nicely made, everything installed perfectly. Have been running the tire carrier & bumper for almost a year now with 35's. There is not even a hint of wear in the hinge system and is very quite. My only complaint is the license plate mounting is a real pain to attach and remove. The plate holder mounts with two bolts to a piece of \_/ shaped channel. The holes are slottted but it is hard to get your hand between the holder and the tire. Also the angle of the channel only allows for a wrench to be used. If it was opened up a bit perhaps you could use a socket. I run PS everything on my JK, this is the only part that seems not well thought out. It makes it difficult to access the spare tire if needed. I think I will eventually modify maybe with a latch that cams over center and have it re-powder coated.

Horrible Customer Service for purchased product	June 22, 2020

I bout this because of the reviews. I got my items. I hired a mechanic to install everything. I had more than 2 parts missing from the tire carrier box. I contacted poison spyder directly. They told me in order to send me the part if I had to verify the purchase, take pictures of the parts and what was already installed and email it. I ended up having to buy one of the parts from Amazon because they were not helpful and customer friendly. They said it could take a week to ship after they receive my request for the parts I needed. They would not provide a tracking number for the parts being shipped. The customer service was awful. The instruction manual was basically useless as well.

Solid Bumper/Carrier!	July 22, 2019

Purchased this bumper about three years ago. I have to say, it's been solid. Well built bumper, made right here in America. Installation was fairly straight forward. Operation is smooth and easy to in and out of, just like stock, but without the shack and rattle.

Got the Rock Brawler on the front too! Love'em both. Now, Just need the flares...

Poison Spyder THANKS for making my rearend look so SEXY!

Doesnâ€™t line up well	May 2, 2018

I had a lot of trouble getting the tire carrier to line up with the bracket on the tramp stamp. It still doesn’t fit as well as it should for the money it costs after I elongated the holes in the bracket to adjust it higher. I called PS and was told I needed to tighten the hinge bolt more. I broke a breaker bar in half trying to get it tighter. The bumper is great, but the tire carrier just isn’t right. I think you have a manufacturing problem.

Very easy to install, great fit and well designed. It not only looks great it functions well. Still had a little weld splatter but not in place of importance. Thank you

Awesome Bumper	September 5, 2016

This bumper looks fantastic and really complements the overall look of the Jeep. When I had a problem with installing the backup flood lights and one of the welds failed and pushed in, Poison Spyder was quick to rectify the situation and send me out a new bumper. It's great to see a company standing behind their product. Any company that has that good of customer care and support will always have my business. I'm extremely happy out of the bumpers I was looking at I decided to go with Poison Spyder, I will definitely be purchasing my other upgrades and my front bumper from them!
