This rectangular LED Marker Lamp is the solution for those who need to run a combination marker lamp and turn signal in the same unit. This may be necessary on Jeeps where the OE turn signals and/or marker lamps were removed in order to install aftermarket armored fenders such as Poison Spyder DeFenders. Unlike our 3/4" Round LED Marker Lamp, these are a 3-wire lamp which can perform two separate functions (minor and major—or typically, marker lamp and turn signal).

Product Description

For those needing a combination marker lamp/turn signal to satisfy local legal requirements, the small rectangular shape makes this lamp the ideal size to mount along the outer edge of the Poison Spyder DeFender. Installation requires simply drilling a 3/8" hole, thoroughly cleaning the mounting surface, peeling back the adhesive cover, pusing the wires through the hole then firmly pressing to set the adhesive, then making the wiring connections.

Note that this is a surface-mount lamp. If mounting on the outer edge of the Poison Spyder DeFenders, it may serve to satisfy local DMV/DOT requirements, however it will be mounted in a vulnerable spot if your Jeep is wheeled hard in tight situations. DeFenders are designed as trail armor, and are intended to be rubbed along the rocks, trees, etc., which would of course damage this lamp if mounted along the outer surface. The lamp may be mounted in more protected areas by either drilling a hole or fabricating a simple mounting bracket, at the installer's discretion.

I was looking for a marker lamp to install as a front turning light that match the Poison Spyder steel fenders and it works better than the circular one.

I've spent thousands on PSC parts, I'm disappointed with your sales and support. Your company makes a great product and sells it for a premium price, I would expect premium service and support as well. Some issues have been; my rear corners coming with no flares, you selling marker lights one at a time, the long lead time for "custom" corners, (omitting slots for the tail gate isn't "Custom" ), and the fact that nothing comes painted or powder coated. I will also point out that your instructions are HORRIBLE. Anyone can do better with a camera phone and Microsoft Word. I wasn't going to complain, but when people ask about my rig I tell them that I love the product, but the company doesn't really seem to care about how they do business. If I had to do it again I would have gone to another company. I just didn't think it was right that I was saying these things to other jeepers and not letting you know. You have a great product but your sales and service needs some help.
