JK 4-Dr B-Pillar Covers

Continue the protection of your Poison Spyder JK Body Armor, all the way up the B-Pillar of the 4-door JK! This B-Pillar Cover is CNC laser-cut from 3/16" aluminum, shaped to fit snugly with our JK 4-Door Body Armor or Brawler Rockers. The B-Pillar Cover attaches with the provided countersunk stainless steel flat head bolts and nut-serts. The result is an extra layer of protection for the B-Pillar of your JK, which may be vulnerable from tree branches, brush and canyon walls. Note that these are designed to provide a measure of protection however they will not make your Jeep's B-pillars bomb-proof. Ships as bare aluminum.

NOTE: Installation of this product includes drilling and installing 1/4-20 "nut-serts". We provide a rudimentary "tool" in the kit for installing the nut-serts, however it can be tedious and frustrating to use. If you are going to be installing several products that require the use of nut-serts, you may find it worth the expense to purchase a Professional Nut-Sert Installation Tool. Also, the drill size required for this, 25/64", can be hard to find, so we've made it available HERE for your convenience.

I bought these mainly because I have all the othe Poison Spyder parts and decided uniformity is the way to go. They look good and would have been much easier to install if I could have found the right grinding bit at my local hardware store instead of 4 wrong ones before ordering and waiting for a tungsten dremel bit. Personal issue aside I am glad I added these to my Jeep!

Well-made product and good tech support over the phone. Make sure to follow installation instructions closely. Had outside edges rounded a bit at my local metal shop and then painted with self-etching primer and Rust-Oleum textured black. Looks real good on the Jeep and they will help protect the B-pillars in the heavy brush of off-road Florida.

While out wheeling my Jeep I got really close to a rock. So close that the Jeep leaned into the rock on the B-Pillar. I was able to stop my motion in time and prevent additional damage. But the B-Pillar Protection limited the initial damage to just a surface wound. Thanks for the great product, I am glad I had these on.

Nice job with the CNC cut. Fit to the tee, easy installation and powder coated with black tc-5 coating i applied. only prep work was claening the alum. before coating. Nice job . Thanks Rick appreciate it.
