Cage Gussets 90-degrees

I chose because of style and pricing. I received order and found 1 gusset instead of 2. I spoke with rep who informed me I was incorrect and should only have 1, not 2. I transferred to sales to order an additional gusset. I informed sales I only received 1 instead of 2, and again informed I only ordered 1. I placed order again.
I checked website and observed last sentence,"Includes (2) two gussets". I called again and informed both reps the website stated I should have 2 instead of 1. Now, 14 hrs later still waiting on refund for additional gusset, but charged immediately.
Overall, very happy with quality and look of gusset. I'm also frustrated with the service bc I was told by 2 reps I was wrong about receiving 2 gussets and also because I still have not been refunded, but was immediately charged
-Do research before ordering and be aware of what you should receive. I wish the reps had better knowledge about the product rather than telling me I was wrong.

My fabrication business is Tarantula Customs...When I saw these "web gussets" I just knew I could find a cool use for my new XJ project. Very Cool!

The 90 degree web cage gussets are a nice quality product. I'll be ordering more in the future. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because the order was shipped wrong with 1 gusset of the 2 pair missing. The problem was quickly resolved to my satisfaction after sending a follow up email.

Gussets were perfect for corners and added a nice accent
