Very solid piece. Offers nice coverage. Made space a little tight to get to the bolts to put the bumper on but it was manageable.

This skid plate really looks great with the Brawler Lite bumper. The welds are superb. If Poison Spyder starts painting the products I will give them 5 stars.

Don't be a fool like me, snag the Brawler Lite Skid when you purchase your Brawler Lite front bumper, otherwise you will be anxiously awaiting the arrival and prep. It's a great combo, made from the same grade steel and really compliments the bumper.

I had to laugh when I pulled my stock bumper/skid off the JK-how is plastic going to protect my Jeep from rocks?! No worries now!

Once again, great job, Poison Spyder!
Oh, btw, if you're going to put a winch on, which you WILL want to do, then don't forget to get the fairlead mount when you buy the other two: most winch companies DON'T include this piece and its needed for any top mounted winch locations(another part I had to wait for!)

Heavy weight protection	March 30, 2013

Another great product. It was heavier than I expected. Very well made and far better protection than the factory crash bar and plastic air dam. You do have to trim or remove the crash bar for it to fit. I just trimmed the bar and intended to bolt the skid to it as in the instructions. But the thing is so strong as it is I didn't bother.
And I can't forget to mention the GREAT customer service. Only communicated by email but every message was promptly replied to.
