This bumper fits the lines of the Jeep to a T! Install is also a breeze. If you can change a tire, you can install this bumper by yourself.

I was thinking about buying a Smittybuilt stinger because I have purchased their bumpers before and have been satisfied with the quality of their products & their competitive prices. I ultimately spent the extra money and bought the Poison Spider bumper, because it comes bare steel and it has fog lamp sleeves built into the bumper. The bare steel is perfect because I was able to paint it to match all of the other satin black accessories that I have on my Jeep. Rattle can paint is the best b/c you can touch it up anytime you get a scratch, which is something you can't do with bumpers that have a powder coat finish. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship of the bumper. The welds on the bumper are prettier than anything I have seen in my ten years in the construction industry. The bumper was easy to install and fit like a glove. I look forward to purchasing more PS products.

I Love this bumper and skid plate, When I got my tax return, or should I say "Jeep Parts Money" I knew exactly what I wanted! I got the Brawler Lite w/ Trail Stinger and Skid plate. I have a 2009 Rubicon JKU.
I read the instructions and was nervous about my skills cutting or trimming the crash bar. The great thing is I didn't even need to! the bumper and skid plate slid on right around the crash bar with zero cutting or trimming, fit like a glove! I was ecstatic! I'm not a fan of cutting parts off the frame if it can be avoided and I didn't need to! With the crash bar still on it sits right on top of the skid plate and probably adds some reinforcement so that if I ever do actually land on the skid plate really hard it could come in handy.

Great product! can't wait to get more, I just need to save up for the rear bumper, fenders, and all the other armor that I want!

Install was bolton easy. 30 minutes and all done

Now to powder coating. Neon orange here we go!

4 door jk brawler lite with stinger	October 22, 2014

By far best bumper I have ever mounted up to my jk! The craftsmanship is unbelievable, the bumper is pure quality, I have outfitted my jk with nothing but the best poison spyder parts on the market! Hands down best aftermarket jeep company there is.

great product. Very solid. Looks better in person then the pictures. Needed to grind extra metal off the frame where the bumper attaches. Had the bumper coated with onyx bed liner that is sprayed on thick so the bumper was too tight to slide on. Went on easy after grinding was done.

Absolutely exceptional bumper, looks mean and is extremely sturdy. I couldn't be happier with the product itself. I also purchased and attached the skid plate, and it looks fantastic. 5/5 for the product!

That being said I had 3 problems that should be addressed. First the bumper arrived without a box. This isn’t too large of an issue but there were 1 or 2 nicks where someone had dropped it that I had to grind down. Second, the instructions did not emphasize enough how 2 poorly placed bolts can prevent the bumper/skid plate from sliding onto the Jeep. This is just an annoyance that took up more time than necessary. Third and finally, I would think the need to cut down or remove the crash bar can be completely eliminated by making the bumper/skid plate construction just 1/4 in wider. Maybe there is some higher engineering reason for this, but I felt it was just an annoying/needless step caused by poor measurements.

Again though, couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
