5 of 5 Well made, fit great. December 15, 2020
Reviewer: William from Slidell, LA United States
Pretty easy to install, instructions were decent enough.  Only thing I would recommend is to seal the seam where the sheet metal meets the tube to prevent water/dirt/rust.  If painting can use bondo.  If powder coating I used a product called Lab Metal 450 from Alvin products.  Its is a putty that hardens to a machinable metal.  It was a lot of work but the benefit of not having rust creep up from under the seam is worth it.

5 of 5 great product January 6, 2016
Reviewer: jason baker from salem, OR United States
the physical product was fantastic but the instructions could use some work. I couldn't even see the illustrations they were almost all black. in the hardware kit some of the bolts were a little too short to reach some of the clips so a 1/4 inch longer on the bolts that go through the fender into the clips, would help. A link to a video of install would also be helpful and would have saved me some time. outside of that excellent product

5 of 5 Excellent Quality! November 2, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Charlotte, NC United States
I recently had someone cross into my lane and cause some body damage to my 2011 Rubicon.  So I decided it was time to get the steel flares put on.  I ordered both front and rear flares and I am very impressed.  The quality is excellent.  They are heavy duty and will definitely be a nice addition to my Rubi!  I cannot wait to put them on!

5 of 5 Front crusher October 27, 2015

Design and craftsmanship is excellent.  Installation was pretty straight forward.  I would recommend that they replace 10 of the 5/16-18 3/4" cap screws with 1" for the upper support bracket mount.

5 of 5 The best. Period. June 1, 2015
Reviewer: Stephen Garrett from Owasso, OK United States
I spent a LOT of time researching before settling on these flares, and let me tell you, Poison Spyder lives up to the hype!

These flares are super solid and well worth the price.

I do think, however, that there should be a powdercoating option offered.  For this kind of money it just makes sense.  And the whole "adequate packaging" excuse (see the FAQ) is weak.  My flares showed up so well packaged that there's no way the powder coating would've been scratched.  Besides, it's a Jeep, scratches give character!!

5 of 5 JK Front Steel Crusher Flares April 10, 2015
Reviewer: Daniel Williams from Lovettsville, VA United States
Top quality. Jeep should mount these straight from the factory. Had mine professionally painted and mounted. Couldn't be happier. A little pricey but worth it. You can have flares that will stand up to serious off-roading or cheaper flimsy plastic ones. Definitely would recommend to other JK owners.

Still have to trail test them, but they look sturdy enough. Easy to install, but took some time.

3 of 5 FYI January 7, 2014
Reviewer: Andy Hansen from Hyrum, UT United States
I have had them installed now for one month and I am already seeing rust between the tube and the sheet metal....

After reviewing ALL of the different options out their for JK's I went with the Poison Spider because of there strength and looks. (I also installed their rocker armor, front and rear bumpers) I had everything powder coated black before I decided to change to grey so that it stood out. with both powder coat and paint to protect them, one month of winter driving has rust spots coming from all of the corners.

If you are seriously looking into buying a set I would highly recommend caulking the inside seam and paying special attention to the out side seam were the sheet metal is just laid on top of the pipe with only a few stich welds holding it down.
