Each set includes an internal brace system that ties directly into the Jeep’s stronger inner body tub rather than just the thin outer sheet metal. Every kit comes with precision-cut EPDM rubber liners that sit between the flare and the Jeep’s body. These liners protect your paint, absorb vibration, and help seal out moisture, dirt, and debris.

Our fender armor lets you retain your factory wheel well liners to protect the engine bay from debris and keep a clean, finished look. Some trimming is required, but each kit includes the hardware to reinstall them.

  • + The JK rear Crusher Flares feature CNC roll-bent outer tubes that create factory-matching curves while maintaining tube strength.

FENDER FLARES FOR JEEP WRANGLER JL & GLADIATOR JT (2018+)
  • + For JL and JT models, Poison Spyder offers Front and Rear Crusher Flares that fit all JL body styles (2-door and 4-door) and Gladiator trims, with a JT-specific rear set for the Gladiator.
  • + The front kit replaces the factory running and blinker lights with a flexible LED strip that connects directly to the OE harness for an easy plug-and-play installation.
  • + Rear JL flares measure 7" wide and provide clearance for up to 40" tires.
  • + Both JL and JT rear flares use CNC roll-bent outer tubes that follow the Jeep’s body lines for a smooth, integrated look that complements the factory design.
