Every bumper starts with 3/16” plate steel that’s CNC laser-cut and press-brake formed for a perfect fit. Internal gussets add rigidity without unnecessary weight, creating a strong, lightweight design that performs season after season.

Every bumper includes CNC-machined 1” thick steel shackle tabs that accept standard ¾” D-rings. They’re welded directly to the frame mounts for when recovery situations arise.

Every Poison Spyder bumper begins with 3/16-inch plate steel that’s CNC laser cut and press-brake formed for a precise, high-strength fit.

This process ensures consistent quality, maximum durability, and a clean alignment to your Jeep’s frame. Before being shipped out, every bumper is finished with Poison Spyder’s SpyderShell™ Armor Coat, a semi-gloss black, industrial-grade powder coat designed for corrosion and abrasion resistance.

And every bumper will include a high-quality 316 stainless and Grade-8 hardware set. All Poison Spyder bumpers are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering structural materials and craftsmanship, along with a 5-Year SpyderShell Finish Warranty.

Stock Jeep bumpers are made from thin stamped steel or plastic. Poison Spyder bumpers use 3/16" plate steel with gusseted internals, making them exponentially stronger and more trail-capable.

Yes. All front bumpers listed include an integrated or recessed winch mount rated for up to 12,000 lbs. Always use a compatible fairlead mount for your winch setup.

No frame cutting or drilling is required for most JK/JL applications — these bumpers bolt directly to factory mounting points.
