The two smaller intake vents at the top of the hood should be moved over out of the way of the center factory hood structural support. I move the cutout out of the support but then your vent didn't align. When bolting the louver down the bottom row of bolts drilled into the curved angle of the bottom structural support making the bolts not lay flat. The bottom of the hood louver needs to be about a 1/2" shorter. The over all product is great. With some small adjustments to the pattern cutout and the length of the louver it would be perfect. Are you looking for just a great review or to listen to your customer and make a better product. Thanks, Mark Thieda Jeep guy since 1970.

Install was very simple.
This thing looks awesome, unless you ask my wife. Just don't ask her. Nobody cares what she thinks anyways. I don't know how you could measure it, but this thing has to dramatically increase air flow across the engine.

This louver is really top quality. I love the look and installation was a breeze. You won't notice a big difference in engine temp if you are tooling around town but where you will see an improvement (or drop in temp) is on the trails or anywhere that you are at a slow crawl. I would certainly recommend this easy upgrade to anyone looking to help their engine run a little cooler and add an aggressive look to their hood.

I received my hood louver yesterday and I was very impressed with the quality and it looks great. I know it took a little while to get it due to powder coating problems. I appreciate your quality control of the finish and understand what you where going through. I'm in the motorcycle service industry and have had to deal with that same issue multiple times in the past. I hope your other customers appreciate what you go through to keep the best quality product possible. I cant wait to get it installed and back out on the trail. I'll be back soon for some TJ Ricochet Rockers. Thank you again, the products I have gotten from you have all been top quality.

I received the black hood louver for my TJ in about a 2 weeks, packaged securely with no damage. Cut out patterns made install easy. Improved over all look I my Jeep excellent product.

Excellent service. Well made and they even included a few extra bolts in case you break one, In which I did. It gave my jeep a better look and I can see the heat pouring out when on the trails.

Very happy with the quality of the product, installation was pretty straight forward. I did order some other parts at the same time I ordered these and they were the last to show up by several days.
