Horrible experience,,very displeased
No notification that item was not in stock.. a back order was not made aware
Called to ask and told just days before Christmas
Item not received but no resolution .. informed  to contact your UPS  A failure to take responsibilty
They had no control for the lack of your communication from beginning and now again no follow through  to receiving item

Absolute waste of time and money. Ordered these with plenty of time before Christmas. Did not arrive until after christmas. Was promised a refund which I never received. Had to dispute the charges with my Bank. I will never buy anything from poison spyder again and it’s a shame because my Jeep is full of poison spyder parts.
